my cd's are taking up to much space, would putting the software on a flashdrive work? I talking about applications such as antivirus, office. Will I still be able to use that software from a flash drive?
answer is yes and no - depcomputer application softwareends on the software i.e. how software is coded
most software you can use from any drive but some are allowed to start only from drive c: (master internal hard drive)
for example all microsoft products will start only from drive ccomputer application software:
most other software will run from any drive
depends how software was coded
so there is no definitive answer to yr question - just follow trial and error method - move it to flash drive and see if it will work or not
