I have a Acer Aspire 5315 Running XP student edition sp3
I am trying to plug my samsung tocco sgh-f480 into my laptop through usb i have installed samsung pc suite 3 and installed the usb drivers but everytime i plug in my phone it comes up as data interface and wants to search for the drivers so i have tried all diifferent locations.
I then kept the phone plugged in and went to the device manager where it has loads of yellow exclamation marks

Where can i quickly download these drivers??
I have tried the support and downloads page of my laptop make and model but it's not there :(

Check your phone's manufacturer's website for drivers. It is probably under the support section.
The driver allows the communication between a device and your operating system, sort odata interface drivers for xpf like a translator. So, either your operating system (eg. Windows) already has that driver pre-installed, or you will need to find the driver from whoever makes your phone.
It's no good looking on the laptop support site, you need the mobile PC suite. It isn't something you get from the laptop manufacturer.
Log onto an administrator account and download/install the file below then restart...
